Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and our Services. By using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services are provided as described on the Site and/or in a written Statement of Work (SOW). If conflict exists, the SOW governs.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Examples and testimonials are illustrative only.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Have authority to grant access to accounts and assets
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

4. Payments; Late Amounts

Retainers billed monthly in advance. Invoices due upon receipt and late after 7 days. Late fees may apply.

5. Cancellations & Termination

Services may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Work performed, fees, and third-party costs remain payable.

6. Intellectual Property

Your materials remain yours. Our tools and methods remain ours. Deliverables transfer after full payment.

7. Portfolio & Testimonials

With consent, we may showcase work in our portfolio. You may revoke consent anytime.

8. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms.

9. Compliance; Email & SMS Outreach

You are responsible for lawful consent and compliance when outreach is used.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content, breach, or violations.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

16. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Assignment
