Overview
Design Growth Hub provides professional, service-based digital services involving strategy, labor, time, and third-party costs. Because services are custom and time-bound, refunds are limited as described below.
1. General Principles
- Scope and deliverables are defined in a proposal or SOW
- Marketing and SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed
- Third-party platform issues are not grounds for refunds
- Material errors within scope will be corrected at no cost
2. Retainers & Monthly Services
Services billed monthly in advance. Once a billing period begins, it is non-refundable. Prepaid future months may be refunded excluding setup fees, discounts, and third-party costs.
3. Projects & One-Time Services
Deposits and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work begins. If terminated mid-way, payment is due for work completed. Final deliverables are non-refundable once delivered or deployed.
4. Digital Products, Training & Downloads
Access-based products, templates, and training materials are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Ads Management Fees & Media Spend
Management fees are separate from ad budgets. Ad spend billed by platforms is non-refundable and governed by their policies.
6. Scope Disputes & Partial Credits
Notify us within 7 days at help@growinteriors.com if work deviates from scope. We may correct the issue or offer partial credit at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension and fee recovery.
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email help@growinteriors.com with company name, contact details, invoice number, and explanation. We respond within 5 business days.
